I make my home in the beautiful
Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia located in the southwest section of the state.
It is here in these mountains that the wife and I spend our days making are own brand of Pet
products, Wood signs and other hand crafted wood items.
Folks when I am not crafting for customers I spend the rest of my time playing with my grandchildren
that I have been blessed with.
As far back as I can remember I have always been involved in creating wooden items out of necessity and
just for the personal pleasure that I find in doing so.
Some folks are taught to wood craft and since that I have always done so, I guess that you could say that
I was Self taught then finely tuned my skills through out the many years by other Master Woodcrafters right here in the
great Blue Ridge Mountains...
Then as time passed becoming a Master Woodcrafter myself passing the skills on down to the good folks right
here in Virginia.
Why choose a product made by my wife and I…well lets start by saying these beautiful products
are not made in another country where some items but not all are made on the cheap side then exported to this great country
to be sold at a much higher price through pet magazines, drop shipping warehouses, pet stores and other places as such.
Another good reason is especially these days why would a person want to pay such a very high price for a pet feeder that
comes from pet stores…where the store itself buys the cheaply made feeders from other countries at a very very low price
and then ups the price.
The feeders that the wife and I personally hand craft are far lower in price… plus you get your pet names hand burned
into the front of the wood feeder for free by me. A craft in itself that is called pyrography that means in ancient Greek…

The Ole Woodcrafter™ pet products and other items are not plastic items that can chip and break or light
weight metal adjustable doo-dads..that will bend once a pet places its muzzle into the feeder….
How do I know this… pretty often my new customers tell me this after they had purchased those kind
of items.
The stainless steel bowls that I use I prefer due to the research that I found that many ceramic pet bowls
that come from abroad could contain dangerous levels of lead as pet toys and just recently some childrens toys that
are made in some countries.
Folks lets face the truth... pets are members of our families and should be treated with love and respect
and their health is very important.
